One such example is Eris, the Borzoi hunting dog from Richmond, Virginia, USA, who possesses an extraordinary nose measuring over 30cm in length.
Social media sensation, Eris, has garnered widespread attention due to her remarkably long nose.
Lily and Savannah, the proud owners of Eris, adopted her as a puppy back in July 2018 without any idea of how long her nose would eventually grow.

As Eris continued to mature, her unusual nose became increasingly prominent. By her second birthday, Lily and Savannah measured the length of Eris’s nose to be over 30cm. The animal’s owners believe that Eris may hold the title for having the longest nose among all dogs worldwide.
Eris’s nose was already over 30cm long by the age of 2.
“When Eris was a puppy, we were warned about potential dental issues and the possibility of removing her fangs,” Lily shared. “However, Eris overcame any challenges and her long nose doesn’t bother her much. Though she tends to drop food everywhere, which isn’t a problem for me either.”
Eris’s quirky appearance captures the attention of many.
