The Animal Kingdom Foundation received an unexpected call about a stray dog that was carrying one of the largest tumors in the world, according to The GoGo YouTube channel.
In order to transport the sick dog to the clinic for examination and treatment, they quickly arrived at the scene.
They examined her and started administering antibiotics to the dog, named Hope. They patiently waited for over a week to determine if she required surgery!
Unfortunately, she required surgery. The removal of the 2.6 kilogram tumor took more than three hours! Currently, the dog is receiving around-the-clock attention.
Thankfully, after just one week, she started playing, leaping, and running! A full recovery is expected.
“After only seven days, we can’t wait to see her running, leaping, and playing. She is eating well, and we anticipate a speedy recovery. Hope thanks all of the people that helped her and prayed for her.”
Hope has fully recovered and is content with her new family after two months. What a joyful ending!
